Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian who attacked them in the West Bank. Wednesday’s death occurred after the man tried to stab one of the soldiers near Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem. Earlier Wednesday, Israel lifted its closure on the West Bank cities of Jericho and Bethlehem.
