Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinian gunmen, one of them a local leader of the Al-Aksa Brigade, while arresting terror suspects Thursday in the West Bank city of Tulkarm. Fadi Jabber was a close associate of Raed Karmi, a commander of the terrorist group in Tulkarm who was killed by Israel forces in January 2002.
