Israeli soldiers removed two tents Wednesday that had been erected by settlers at a West Bank outpost near Hebron. Settlers said they had established two other outposts overnight, Israel Radio reported. In another development, settlers from the Shavei Shomron outpost reached a compromise with the army over dismantling the outpost.
