Israeli soldiers reportedly are refusing to wear U.S.-supplied helmets which they think make them look “Nazi.” On Sunday, the Ma’ariv newspaper said an unspecified number of conscripts and reservists preferred to go without the new head protection, saying the square brims and ear coverings were reminiscent of Wermacht helmets.
