Israeli soldiers reportedly killed a Palestinian boy and arrested a Hamas spokesman during an ongoing West Bank sweep. The 5-year-old boy was hit by Israeli gunfire in the Balata refugee camp on Sunday. An Israeli Defense Forces’ spokesman said the death was being investigated, but confirmed a separate report on the capture of Hamas’ West Bank spokesman, Adnan Asfour, in nearby Nablus.
