Israeli soldiers Thursday lifted a curfew on Jenin. Troops operating in the West Bank overnight detained five wanted Palestinians, three of them in the Jenin area. They also confiscated some 30 bags of fertilizer near Tulkarm that the army said was to be used for explosives, Army Radio reported.
