Description of the situation as an internal Rumanian affair was presumed here to be the reply to Arab pressures.
Charges that the Israel Legation in Bucharest had distributed Zionist propaganda among the Rumanian Jews were denied. It was pointed out here that the Legation is deprived completely of any contact with Rumanian Jewry.
