Israelis celebrated an important sports victory Sunday. Their team bounced back from eighth to fifth place in the European Basketball Championship Tournament in Belgium by beating a strong Bulgarian team 88-78. The Israeli hoopsters dropped their first games to Russia, Italy and Bulgaria. But then they recovered to win over France, Holland, Austria and Belgium and, Saturday over Bulgaria.
