The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Zeev Sharef, left tonight for a fortnight’s visit in the United States and a meeting with Acting Secretary of Commerce Alexander Trowbridge. Mr. Sharef said he would also seek to organize markets for Israeli exports in the United States, would have discussions on investment possibilities in Israel and would work on preparations for the economic conference to be held in Israel next April.
