Israeli troop movements in northern Gaza are a redeployment, not a withdrawal, security officials said. The officials made the statement Monday following earlier reports of a withdrawal. The army took up positions in the area last Friday to prevent Palestinians from firing rockets at the Israeli town of Sderot.
