Israeli troops killed a Palestinian in the Gaza Strip. Military sources said the man was shot Wednesday after trying to sneak across a road near the settlement of Netzarim. Army blockades effectively have cut Gaza into three parts since Palestinian terrorists blew up a military outpost near the southern border with Egypt over the weekend, killing five Israeli soldiers.
