Israeli troops killed a Palestinian teen-ager in the Gaza Strip near the border fence with Egypt, according to Palestinian hospital officials. The teen was the first Palestinian reported killed since Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon called for a cease-fire on Tuesday.
