Israeli troops operating Monday night in Jenin arrested a Palestinian woman suspected of planning to carry out a suicide bombing. In another development, a Palestinian was wounded by Israeli army fire Tuesday near the West Bank settlement of Alfei Menashe. Soldiers they suspected the Palestinian was trying to infiltrate into Israel, Army Radio reported.
