Israeli troops reportedly killed a Palestinian woman in the Gaza Strip. Witnesses said the 31-year-old woman was shot dead and her sister was wounded Wednesday by troops in Rafah, a refugee camp in southern Gaza where terrorist groups regularly smuggle arms through tunnels from nearby Egypt.
