Israeli troops shot and killed a Palestinian man who violated a curfew Wednesday near Nablus. The man was described as a town crier who was announcing the beginning of the daily Ramadan fast. The army said soldiers opened fire after he and another Palestinian, who was arrested, ignored orders to stop.
