About 400 invalids staged a sit-down strike this morning in the Treasury Department in protest against the government’s failure to arrange “proper rehabilitation” for 400 invalids who are classified as “hard-core” cases.

A spokesman for the strikers said that the budget for rehabilitation of invalids has been cut by the Treasury thus interfering with the rehabilitation of war veterans.
