The Israel purchasing mission here, which in many respects serves as a diplomatic mission, has issued a 36-page German-language condensation of the Israel Government’s White Book on the Palestine Arab refugees. Publication of the pamphlet was seen as an attempt to correct a distorted picture of the refugee situation presented by anti-Israeli elements in this country.
