A military court at Sarafand, which yesterday convicted Zeev Yeivin of membership in an illegal underground organization and participating in Its activities, today sentenced him to three years imprisonment, with special treatment.
The court, in its decision, wrote: “A highly educated person like Yeivin, who participated in the War of Liberation and who reached an officer’s rank, should have known the value of the secret information he handed over to the terrorist organization.”
