The freighter Elva sailed from Eilat today with 25 tons of soya flour donated by Israelis for the children of war ravaged Bangla Desh, East Pakistan. The vessel will transship its cargo at Singapore to another ship that will carry it to its destination. The soya flour was provided by the Israeli Committee for Bangla Desh Children, a group that includes actors, writers and lawyers. The committee said it would continue to raise money for more aid to Bangla Desh children.
