The Foreign Ministry reported today that 350 Israelis have volunteered for relief missions to Biafra. But it has stopped registering new applicants because it is uncertain when international volunteers will be admitted to the area. Israel dispatched a shipment of food and medical supplies to Biafra yesterday for distribution by the Red Cross.
