The Israeli Air Force is stronger now than it was in the period before the Sinai operation, Brig. Gen. Dan Tulkowski, its commander, asserted today.
Refusing to answer any press questions as to whether the Air Force had either new types of planes or greater quantities than before, the Air Force commander said only that “without exaggerating we may be certain that our Air Force can successfully handle Arab air forces.”
