Rome’s mayor, the president of the Chamber of Deputies and other political figures sharply condemned the incident and expressed support for Ehud Gol, who was interrupted during his talk Tuesday on prospects for peace in the Middle East by about 20 students shouting slogans such as “Free Palestine” and “Sharon assassin.”
