Israel’s army chief reprimanded several officers involved in a Gaza blast that killed five Palestinian children. Lt. Gen. Shaul Mofaz adopted the findings of the army inquiry into the incident, in which the five children were killed by a bomb Israeli soldiers planted in a position from which Palestinian militants often fired at Israeli settlements.
