Israel’s attorney general apologized to the Ethiopian community in Israel for alleged statements describing its youth as poor students. The apology was issued after the daily Yediot Achronot published an excerpt this week from a government report describing Ethiopian students as having “inferior study capabilities, which do not improve even after years of living in Israel.”
