Israel’s attorney general has launched an investigation of businessman Yossi Ginossar. Ginossar, employed by several Labor Party prime ministers as a personal envoy to Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat, is accused of helping Arafat divert P.A. money to secret Swiss bank accounts and of receiving millions in dollars in commissions.
