Israel’s attorney general said legal steps cannot be taken against university faculty who publicly supported reserve soldiers who refuse to serve in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Elyakim Rubinstein issued the statement this week after Education Minister Limor Livnat asked him to check the legality of such statements.
