Israel’s cash-strapped military is opening up its main ground training base to friendly foreign armies. Ha’aretz quoted top brass sources on Monday saying that the high-tech Tactical Training Center at the southern desert base of Tze’elim soon will be available for use by the ground forces of countries with which Israel has diplomatic relations.
