Israel Chief Rabbi Isaac Halevi Herzog arrived here today by plane from Britain. He was welcomed by a reception committee representing the leading national Jewish organizations in Canada and the Montreal Board of Ministers.
Tomorrow evening, Rabbi Herzog will be a guest at a special dinner in his honor in the Young Israel Auditorium here. Samuel Bronfman, president of the Canadian Jewish Congress, heads the reception committee.
