Israel’s defense minister wants to prosecute rabbis who urged soldiers not to obey orders to dismantle illegal West Bank settlement outposts. “You, the rabbis, who called on settlers to refuse to evacuate the outposts, issued similar calls seven years ago which led to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin,” Benjamin Ben-Eliezer was quoted as saying Tuesday.
