Israel’s exports to Belgium amounted to $201,035,000 last year compared with $158,717,000 in 1977 according to Moshe Tamari, who is in charge of trade and economic affairs at the Israel Embassy here. He said that exports rose, in particular, in the electronic and chemical fields as well as in the textile branch despite the current crisis in this industry in Belgium. Tamari said that the trade agreement between the European Common Market and Israel helped Israeli exports of industrial products to the Market countries.
