Israel’s First Lady, Mrs. Rachel Ben-Zvi, was today awarded the Haim Greenberg Hebrew Literary Prize of Pioneer Women and the Working Women’s Council for her book on immigration to Palestine during the early days of Jewish settlement. Another recipient of the award was Bracha Habas for her work on illegal immigration activities during the Second World War.
