Israel’s Health Ministry ordered a crackdown on illegal experiments on hospital patients. The order for greater oversight was issued Wednesday after the state comptroller said in an annual report this week that dozens of Israeli patients, including minors and the mentally handicapped, had been subjected to illegal experiments.
