Israel’s High Court of Justice delayed the evacuation of four illegal settlement outposts in the West Bank. The court ruled that settlers have 15 days to appeal Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s decision to dismantle the illegal outposts of West Bat Ayin, Ginot Aryeh, Havat Shaked and Magen David.
