Israel’s High Court of Justice issued an injunction preventing the release on Monday of a Jewish settler convicted of shooting a bound Palestinian eight years ago. The court said the parole board’s decision to free Yoram Skolnick would be delayed until a panel of seven justices convened to consider the case later in the week.
