Israel’s High Court of Justice rejected a petition filed by Peace Now demanding that the government dismantle structures erected illegally by West Bank settlers. The justices, noting that the petitioners had not protested illegal construction inside Israel, recommended that the motion be withdrawn on the grounds it is politically motivated.
