Israel’s Knesset passed a resolution calling on President Clinton to grant amnesty to Jonathan Pollard. The resolution also said that Prime Minister Ehud Barak should put the Pollard case at the top of his agenda during meetings with Clinton. A former U.S. Navy intelligence analyst, Pollard is serving a life sentence for passing secret U.S. military information to Israel.
