Israel’s military border policemen are undergoing sensitivity training after 12 members were arrested for abusing Palestinians. The chief of the border police, David Tsur, halted all training exercises Wednesday so the corps’ 8,000 personnel could hold discussions on respecting human rights and proper execution of law-enforcement duties.
