Israel’s Mossad appointed a public relations director for the first time. The move comes as the Mossad continues a recent trend of pulling away the veil of secrecy that has shrouded the agency in the past. The first such step came with the decision to allow publication of the name of the active Mossad head during the term of Ephraim Halevy’s predecessor, Danny Yatom.
