Israel’s new oil well–Heletz No. 2–is expected to produce 1,500 barrels a day, five times as much as Heletz No. 1, it was reported here today. The estimate of the well’s production was made following the completion of Johnston tests. Meanwhile, the pipeline from Ashkelon to Haifa, where the refineries are located, was completed this week-end.
