Israel’s outgoing ambassador to the United States met with U.S. lawmakers during a round of farewell meetings. Zalman Shoval met Wednesday with members of the Senate at a gathering hosted by Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.). Shoval also met with members of the House International Relations Committee, giving lawmakers his views on the status of the Middle East peace process.
