The delegation of Israel of Israel bond drive leaders, headed by Henry Montor, which is here to discuss difference of opinion over the operation of the sales drive in the United States, today conferred all morning with Premier David Ben Gurion. The talks, which deal with various matters including relations between the bond drive and the United Jewish Appeal, are expected to continue for two more days.
Levi Eshkol, Minister of Finance, has expressed confidence the differences of opinion between bond drive leaders and Israel Ministers will be froned out. Yesterday Mr. Eshkol tendered a luncheon for the Americans at which most of the members of the new Cabinet were present.
