Informed sources here today attributed no importance to the fact that there has been a delay in issuing of the Joint Bonn-Jerusalem communique on the establishment of diplomatic relations between West Germany and Israel. The communique was to have been issued in both capitals yesterday.
These sources said that only “marginal questions” remain as yet to be settled, and that these matters could not affect the issuance of the communique.
