It is the Palestinians’ turn to show flexibility in peace talks, said Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak before he left for New York. Barak is flying to the United States, where he and Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat are expected to hold separate talks on the sidelines of this week’s U.N. Millennium Summit.
