Italian Archaeological Expedition to Resume Excavations in Israel

An Italian Archaeological expedition will resume excavations soon at the Roman Byzantine city of Caesarea, it was announced here today. The team, headed by members of the faculty of the Lombardo Scientific Institute of Milan, will be coming to Israel for a third period of excavations. This year, the team will dig into the site of a Roman theater.
