Italian Curbs Keep U.S. Entry Quota Only Half Filled

The United States quota of approximately 5,000 immigrants from Italy is likely to be only half filled in the year ending this June, it was learned today, as result of the Italian Government’s failure to issue emigration passports to native Jews and others.
