A new plan for improving the health of the Italian population was approved today by Premier Benito Mussolini. The plan has an added report stating that it is the object of the Italian government to produce a healthy people regardless of racial origins.
The Italian government thus makes it clear, as it has on a number of occasions, that it completely rejects the Nazi racial theories.
