The relationship between the 6,000,000 Italians and 4,000,000 Jews in America is too harmonious to be disturbed by events abroad, declared Generoso Pope, publisher of Italian newspapers in the United States, in an interview. He said he was planning a dinner to 200 representatives of all creeds to form a committee to combat anti-alien discrimination.

Mr. Pope recalled that Premier Benito Mussolini authorized him in an interview last year to advise the American public that Italian Jewry would never, under any circumstances, be treated differently from other citizens.
