The Jewish Colonization Association has decided to grant 50,000 Israeli pounds toward the operating budget of the Mikveh Israel agricultural school in Israel and 25,000 Israeli pounds for modernization of the school buildings, it was announced here today.
The JCA, at its quarterly council meeting, also decided to renew its financial support, in conjunction with the Anglo-Jewish Association, of the education of Jewish children in the British protectorate of Aden. The council granted 5,000 pounds for Wilfred Israel House in Hazorea, Israel, and discussed the work of a training center it maintains in Morocco.
