The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Dr. G.J. Van Heuven Goedhart, today made public a report on the operations of his office, in conjunction with voluntary relief agencies, under the terms of the Ford Foundation Grant of $2,900,000 for refugee assistance. The Jewish organizations which participated in the year-long program were the Joint Distribution Committee and the World ORT Union, the report said.
