Emmanuel Rosen, member of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, will leave shortly by plane for Casablanca, French Morocco and Tangier, to discuss refugee problems with authorities there, it was learned here today. Herbert Katzki, also attached to the J.D.C., will leave Lisbon soon for Perpignan, France, to establish contact with Jewish organizations in unoccupied France.
